The Basic Home Loan

This mortgage package is designed for those people who only want the basics from their home loan. It has a low variable interest rate that will remain below our standard variable interest rate, saving you thousands of dollars over the term of your loan and receive a discounted interest rate with our VISA Credit Card**.

The Classic Home Loan

This mortgage package is a premium product offering a range of benefits that place it among the leading home loans available in today's market. The package offers a low introductory interest rate - guaranteed for the first year and then reverts to our current standard variable interest rate.

This loan allows you the flexibility to make extra repayments without penalty, the use of a redraw facility* and enjoy a discounted interest rate with our VISA Credit Card**.

Fixed Options

SERVICE ONE Members Banking offers a number of fixed rate options for those who prefer to make set repayments. You can choose from either a 3 year or 5 year fixed rate after which the rate reverts to our standard variable rate.

HomePlus (Home Equity)

This flexible product allows you to use your home loan as your cheque account, credit card account, tax effective savings and/or investment account. It is one of the most flexible mortgage plans available. You have access to funds via VISA Card, personal cheque book, ATM/EFTPOS, over the counter withdrawals and more.

HomePlus is not for everyone. The interest rate is higher than the standard variable home loan interest rate but given the right circumstances you could save thousands over the term of your loan with this innovative mortgage product.

Combination Loan

You can choose to split your home loan with a proportion at a fixed and variable rate. This allows you to protect yourself against movements in interest rates as a portion of your loan is at a fixed rate.

Standard Variable Home Loan/Investment Loan

SERVICE ONE Members Banking also offer mortgage loans at a standard variable interest rate and loans for investment purposes. These loans allow you the flexibility to make extra repayments without penalty and the use of a redraw facility*.

Banking Packages

For a more complete banking solution, you may like to consider our Home Owner Banking Package or First Home Buyer Banking Package. Our Banking Packages offer interest rate discounts and numerous other benefits.

*Redraw Facility

This facility allows extra deposits to be made against your loan at any time. This reduces the principal outstanding and consequently reduces the interest charged against your loan. You can withdraw part or all of these extra deposits (minimum withdrawal $500) at any time during the remaining term of your loan.

**Discounted interest rate with our VISA Credit Card
An additional benefit of having a home loan with SERVICE ONE Members Banking is it allows you to enjoy a VISA Credit Card (maximum $20,000 credit limit, conditions apply) at the Standard Variable Home Loan interest rate. This is just another example how we look to reward our home loan members with competitive everyday banking services.
